Uneven Veneer Thickness

This is due either to worn peeling blades or an unstable log feeding speed. This causes wide fluctuations in board quality, and flimsy bonding. Regularly maintain the veneer peeling machine, stable machine calibration is a solution.

Poor Glue Bonding Strength

The high ration of glue which is not even, spreading or excess moisture content could also relate to weak bonding. Operators should regulate moisture and employ a highly repeatable spreader with proper pressure settings of the veneer glue to address this.

Plywood Delamination After Pressing

Improper control of pressing temperature, pressure, or time can lead to the delamination. Sometimes, it can also be produced by minimal grade glue. The hot press parameters are adjusted, and good glue is used to make the artificial board more stable.

Warpage or Distortion of Completed Panels

It mostly deals with non-uniform drying or incompatible stacking during production. Deformation can be reduced by improving consistency in veneer drying and using proper wooden peeling in the cross-grain direction layer to minimize stacking effects.

Rough Surface Quality After Production

Rough surfaces are caused by improper sanding, or uneven pressing. This is possible only by using a best plywood sanding machine along with properly calibrated printing. So that boards get smooth finish to make them invisible when entering the export market.
