For short cycle lamination technology, a hot press laminate machine is utilized. Particleboard and fiberboard are covered with ornamental impregnated paper using a hot press. The products are mainly divided into three categories: flooring, door panels, and furniture panels.
The key distinction between a furniture board and a floor lies in the variety of impregnated paper used and the floor's requirement for greater abrasion resistance. The reinforced floor, also known as the floor, is made by impregnating high-density fiberboard with special-purpose paper layers (decorative and abrasion-resistant) on the surface and hot-pressing it backed with balance paper.
Applying veneers to various wood panel types and melamine-impregnated paper is its primary use. Door panels, furniture panels, and timber flooring can all be pressed using this.

The double-sided sticking laminate hot press machine can produce between 1200 and 1500 sheets per day.
