Step 1: Preparing the Veneer and Applying Glue

It starts with veneers being dried and glued through the process of a veneer glue spreader machine. Distribution of glue is vital because proper glue distribution during pressing results in strong bonding.

Step 2: Stacking and aligning layers

A plywood panel is made by layering glued veneers in a cross-grain orientation. They need to be aligned with caution as it helps in improving the flatness and structural strength of the engine by preventing shifting.

Step 3: Then, putting into Cold Press Machine

The carbon-fiber stacked panels go into the cold press machine. Operators keep it in position to properly distribute pressure on the entire board surface.

Step 4: Hydraulic Pressing Process

Uniform pressure is applied at ambient temperature by the hydraulic system. This ensure elimination of air gaps, good contact between layers and reinforcement of panel structure before hot pressing.

Step 5: Sustaining the Pressure and Selling It

The panels are kept under pressure for a specified amount of time. It allows the glue to penetrate well and also helps increase initial bonding strength, allowing for easier transfer between the panels to their next stage.

Step 6: After unloading you move on to hot press

The panels are removed from the press and moved to the hot press machine, The ply here has been pre formed and is ready for heat curing and final, permanent bond.
