Joint small veneer pieces to create bigger and wider plywood veneer sheets and use these composed veneer sheets as the plywood core sheets.

This Machine is popularly called as Core Veneer Composer or Core Veneer Builder. It is used to joint Small Width Veneer pieces and make Full Sheet of Core Veneer sheets. The Veneer Pieces are held by Polyester thread with Heat Melt Glue.
 Core veneer composer is a plywood machine which glue the core veneer to avoid gap and overlapping of core while manufacturing quality plywood. The core veneer composer makes single core sheet of 4X8 or desired specifications. The Length of Veneer Sheet can be adjusted as per requirement. The width of the Veneer Sheet can also be adjusted from 3ft to 4ft.

The core veneer composer also reduces the production cost, wastage and use of manpower.
