This Core Veneer Composer or Core veneer builder can detect width, thickness, holes of the core veneers, then trimming, gluing, composing into one Full sheet of Core veneers.

The veneer composing machine could joint the small sheets of core veneers into a 4*8ft or 4*4ft veneers.
 Core veneer composer is a plywood machine which glue the core veneer to avoid gap and overlapping of core while manufacturing quality plywood. The core veneer composer makes single core sheet of 4X8 or desired specifications. The Length of Veneer Sheet can be adjusted as per requirement. The width of the Veneer Sheet can also be adjusted from 3ft to 4ft.

The core veneer composer also reduces the production cost, wastage and use of manpower. It saves labor that only need 1 person operation.
