Start With Quality Veneer

Sanded plywood all starts with quality veneer. Exposed logs should be stripped and defect-free, veneer sheets consist of uniform thickness with no more than 1 or no cracks or knots until the time they commence stacking.

Control Glue Application Evenly

Ensuring perfect glue spread is a veneer glue spreader. Areas of bumps, dry spots and over pressed areas from uneven glue means that the final surface will not be as smooth.

Tuning Hot Press Temperature & Pressure

When using hot presses, settings are applied in a stable manner allowing for glue bleed-through or press marks to be avoided on surfaces. From this, the amalgamation and an even contamination panel surface ensure that heat and pressure are likewise stable.

Apply Proper Cold Press Pre-Stabilization

Cold pressing removes air gaps and degrees of the veneer layers in advance to wax twice with hot pressing. This helps to reduce shifting and improves flatness which directly translates into surface quality.

Final Calibration Using Wide Belt Sanding

You will need a big Wide belt sandar to accomplish the smooth surface. It removes uneven layers, corrects minor post-pressing defects and prepares a plywood for finishing or coating.

Maintain Equipment in Good Condition

Using sharp peeling knives, clean press plates and well aligned rollers helps in enhancing the surface quality. Performing preventive maintenance regularly makes defects remain fewer and the continuous production becomes stable, smooth.
