Step 1: Wood panels with adhesive on one side

Then the machine keeps it under preset pressure for a very particular amount of time while the adhesive soaks into the wood and creates a bond between both pieces. The pressing time required is based on the adhesive used, thickness of the panel, and production demand.
Step 5: Relieve Pressure and Move to the Next Process
Once the pressing cycle is complete, the hydraulic system releases and the finished product is removed. The pressed boards will either pass through curing, trimming, sanding, hot pressing or other finishing processes to become finished plywood or furniture panels depending on the production line.
