Step 1: Initial Board Inspection After Pressing

Then there will be defects on plywoods like uneven and uneven thickness, marks on the surface or slight warping after hot pressing. You only get to the final stage with a qualified board.

Step 1: Rough Sanding and Calibration

Initial calibration is performed with a wide belt sanding machine. It trims the excess, evens out the surface and sets a uniform thickness through all of your boards prior to fine finishing.

Step 3: Final Sanding to achieve a smoother Surface Quality

Fine abrasives improve smoothness of the surface after hard sanding The plywood is treated in a way that preps it for either coating, lamination or perhaps painting processes (especially for furniture-grade production).

Step 4: Trimming Edges and Correcting Size

Precision cutting machines cut and trim boards down to standard-size dimensions. This provides standardized sizes with clean edges that enable their packaging and export.

Step 5: Dust Soft Cleaning

Plywood is cleaned to remove sanding dust and particles before packaging. This step improves from surface quality and prevents defects during storage or further processing.

Step 6 : Final Quality Inspection & Grading

Finished plywood is rated for how smooth its surface, how accurately it is cut to thickness and the amount of defects. Prime boards go to the export markets; lower types are used to build homes.
